COVID-19 - During this current situation, Adolescent Wellbeing has taken all measures to provide a space for working safely.  

Adolescent Wellbeing is currently offering the following: Fortnightly face to face sessions, weekly remote sessions or alternate face to face and remote sessions.

You will be given full COVID-19 guidance and safety procedures before face to face and remote sessions start to give you peace of mind. 

Adolescent Wellbeing is a private professional counselling service based in Derby for adolescents going through a difficult and emotional time. Being a teenager can be a troublesome time with the pressures of exams, knowing what to do next, relationships and ill mental health.  With the right help and support, they can find ways to cope with daily life and discover the cause of emotional difficulties.
